My partner in crime Gordana gets some pretty major head aches sometimes. Migraines actually. For some strange reason this Sagres helps calm her pounding head. Is that weird? Instead of creating the headaches that hang overs cause this beer is actually curing headaches…well at least with her anyways. Sagres is brewed at Sociedade Central de Cervejas e Bebidas and has which was founded in 1934. A Portuguese native, Hugo Cura (www.breathwithus.com) mentiooned in our comments on our 48 Hours in Lisbon post that “Sagres and Super Bock are the two main beer brands in Portugal. There’s a relatively new beer thing leaning towards small breweries but those two are definitely the most popular.”
Sagres: To Drink or Not To Drink?
Using the latest travel apps, technology, and gear, I take a city; see the sights, taste the food, smell the roses, hear the stories and feel the love. All in 48 hours. Then, using videography & editing, photography and writing I retell and share those stories with my readers and viewers.
